...And it's started. Celebs are developing phobias about twitter. Well, maybe not many, but definitely Kenny Chesney. I completely understand worrying about people broadcasting the details of your date online; it truly is creepy behaviour. However, does he realise that girls have been doing this for years? We go to the bathroom and give progress reports to our friends. Everyone does it. We might not use twitter, but he doesn't honestly think that at least one date of his has gone to the bathroom and texted a friend? We sometimes need moral support and advice on how to respond to certain things, and this can only be provided by The Personal Council (those people who know enough about you that you don't want the CIA knowing that you're friends). Still, I think there needs to be a social rule about this: no tweeting date details - those updates can be saved for direct messaging, texting or post-date calls to friends.
